Just saw your post on the move Nikki that sounds a good idea easier to settle when the weather is better as well :D

The house well, the guys from the clean up company drilled holes all over the place to withdraw samples of the water and soil around the house to find the oil,

somewhere during the builders time here they must have broken into the drains to the septic tank, it all backed up and yes you have guessed it its all coming out of the holes all over the place :rofl: got to laugh really how much more can they screw up ?

OH cleared the drains and of course its all gone back under the soil but means on top of having to remove loads of soil because of the oil they are now going to have to dig up all the waste pipes and install new ones

I don't know about master builders federation i think its more like master cock up federation ( could have put something else but thought i might get banned ) ;)

OMG what a complete nightmare:eek: Have they at least accepted responsibility for the original cock up? How long is this all going to put you back re selling the house or don't you know yet?

Nothing on the house as yet....but i did have a visit from a neighbour:sneaky: He's friends with the bloke who put the crap offer in on our house months ago...he called round to see if we'd got the house sold, when i told him we'd dropped the price again he said...''So, your willing to take anything to get shot of this place''....i told him no way, and that we could now sit here for 3 more years before we HAVE to be in Canada. Bloody asshole...so i won't be surprised if we get another offer in a few days, much less than what the house is worth:curse: I could have punched him:eek:

sorry- that sounds bad!! I have just put DD into a "big bed" and she is still getting her bearings that there is a gap on the side;):D There is a biq squashy duvet on the floor so she cannot hurt herself:wub:

:D aah, I was trying to remember when DS went into a bed and how long it was, think it was a few weeks before he got settled, and even then the occassional thud in the middle of the night:eek::D
