OMgoodness they must have wet the bed, they were here before 9 :eek:
and they asked what colour i want the new facia boards painting i said pink of course :rofl:

cement mixer has come and the cement Oh My gosh i can't contain my excitement, they even changed my ridge tiles for ones that match and not red ones, :sneaky:


They did go a little pale when i said the boss and the building inspector were coming this morning :rofl: that should keep them out of the van :rofl:

Good thanks, although really need a holiday from work:thumbdown: Paying now for the fact that we had 2 unplanned holidays in May, and used all of our annual leave:eek:

Morning :D A credit cards a credit in any country.....As long as its got visa then it wont make any difference........Most people i know have kept a bank account open in the Uk, for emergencies :blink:

Oh and my guess is the roofers will turn up today:lol: I haven't read below honest:p

Well the BHF have been and yaken my sofa, mattresses, coffee tables - v empty rooms now :(

Yep all finished still mess everywhere but hey you can't have it all apparently :sneaky:

Now to start painting the house outside,

Building regs are not happy with the foundations for the barn so have a structural; engineer coming tomorrow morning he said he knows the engineer and will go with his recomendations, what i don't understand is why if the barn has been standing for over 200 years why it should sudden;ly collapse because we are renewing the roof :blink: all be what it already had on ?

The engineer is coming at 8.30 bet he charges me double haha
maybe i can sweet talk him with some good coffee and bacon butty ( bet he is vegi ) mmmm



Just keeping my fingers crossed he will think they are okay not sure what we will do if he wants it all under pinning :(
