We do not want the fact that the house hasn't sold to hold us back from the rest of our lives, so whilst it is hard thinking about the money, we just have to accept the situation as it is now and deal with the best way we can with some sacrifices along the way

Also we have a huge benefit in that we are able to stay in the house renting it straight back from the new buyer until we are ready to go and this is a huge plus:thumbsup:

Just had an email from Nova Girl and she has just come back from seeing her doctor today and she is better!! The doctor wants to see her in six months then every two years so now she can recover and will be well enough for a Baileys at Christmas time. :thumbup:
