Mmm I think their is more to it then he is admitting to........He said the court had given him permission to leave......So why would Immigration stop him???
And then he said he had been told he had to live at his girlfriends

Surely if they had detained him in Canada for 2 yrs, then they would have to feed and water him at least:eek:

If he is out on bail then he would have to feed himself, he would also need an address where the Police could check to see if he lives there, so the girlfriends place makes sense.

If it was a simple shove as stated I can't see why it has not gone to court yet so I think it is either a 'story' or there is more to it than meets the eye!!

That would make more sense to ban him from the shores

Here is a question: Why would they need to sedate him if he was unconscious? Maybe there is a legitimate reason but?

Possibly so he wakes up when they want him to, not earlier. I have seen it done in a UK A&E about 14 yrs ago.

maybe if the drugs he had spiked in his drink were making him out of control, i have seen people sedated simply because they didn't have the man power to restrain them ? that was a few years ago though ?

Surely if he had over dosed they would be trying to bring him round, not sedate him ...........
