71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
8 have been arrested for shoplifting
21 are current defendants in lawsuits
84 were stopped for drunk driving

Can you guess which organization this is?



It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group that perpetually cranks out hundreds upon hundreds of new laws designed to keep Americans and everyone visiting there in line.

So what you are saying, even if it is true, is that none of them were convicted of anything, some have been foolish with credit and some have been sued - big deal

It would also appear that 8 of the spouses were't "abused" sufficiently to want to file for divorce

Apologies for the typo

Look at the number that were accused of spousal abuse then look at the number that were defendants. In a divorce they are likely to be called Respondents but, in essence, it's the same thing. Just me being stupid I guess

my ??? weren't about the typo. More of a comment on spousal abuse and your apparent thinking that if you were abused enough you would leave. Its not quite like that.

Isn't that a can of worms? I've seen women beaten to within an inch of their lives who still stay put. Sadly, a lot of men are abused by their spouses too and they could be in the above stats.
