I'm not sure I'd want a hair cut from someone who didn't want to cut my hair.

That comment is far too sensible for this day and age.

No

She is a female, he and his work force are Muslim. How does she not get it, the men cannot touch a females hair, even if she does think she is a lesmanbian.

The trial will be fun, Gay rights v Muslim rights

What a f**king stupid woman. She doesn't need state to intervention to find her a f**king haircut. Really, so what if they are discriminating against her for whatever bat-shit insane reason they have; if they don't want to cut her f**king hair then she should just find somebody that does. It's not ****ing difficult is it, but no lets involve f**king lawyers, cost tax payers lots of money, and try to force somebody who doesn't want to do something into doing something. Well that's called ****ing slavery I reckon.

She doesn't need a haircut in the first place. It's already far too short.

I almost missed the point here amongst all the ****ing words, but it's a good one: this is needlessly going to cost taxpayers money. No issue with that if it's a substantive issue (for example if a hotel refused entry on religious grounds) but for a haircut? Surely the muslim barbers have some right to decline the business as it breaches one of their (albeit nonsensical) religious codes. This is not a battle worth having unless the woman wants to pay it for it herself.

Even if they could have been forced to do it, it would probably have been a bit of a crap haircut!

They should have tied her to the chair then started throwing stones at her.

its obvious to me she knew what would happen before she went in and went in with the sole intent of hoping to not get a hair cut..im going down to the local all women gym to use their treadmill right now.

Perhaps she'd consider spending the next few days in Gaza, to get a better appreciation of the term "human rights"?

But it's already a crap haircut - what she really needs is a good stylist. Extensions maybe, some highlights, splash out a bit instead of trying to get away with a $15 crop.

She could have gone to Angles for $170 - that would have been cheaper than the lawyers fees.
