Offshore Wind
 

As many of you know my career has been based on the management of onshore and offshore oil and gas projects. For the past couple of years though I have been working on offshore wind projects. For anyone who is interested, I attach a link below of a similar project to mine (ours is actually more technically challenging, the structures are 30% larger than those claimed in the video to be the largest ;) ).

I love watching this stuff. I know absolutely nothing about the technical side, but what fascinates me is the technology involved, and yet some things are still so hands on (putting those massive bolts in, etc.)

Nice to know that there are still people out there who can design and build things, real wealth producers.
