It was not a sales position, but really, your guess is as good as mine.

I had visions of the interview..."Could you tell us about a time when you leveraged your own diversity, explain how you ensured the success of the project and explain how you managed the outcome"?

"I'm sorry, but WTF are you talking about"?....would be my answer.

I'm leveraging my diversity from the mainstream here on a go forward basis by ignoring anyone who uses "most current".

My pet hate is "budget-neutral" .... it's a poncy way of saying they have found a way of getting a bit more out of you without them paying you any more!

Not an office phrase as such, but here's a word that usually makes me smile .... especially when said with the proper emphasis of righteous indignation .... "SERiously??!!!"

We were in a staff parking shuttle (yellow school bus) going over speed bumps in the hospital grounds with undue haste, and I was sitting near the back axle ...
Bump! ... pregnant lady behind me: "Ow!" ..... Bump! ... pregnant lady: "I might just have this baby in a minute! .... BUMP! ..... pregnant lady: SERIOUSLY????!!!!!!

I had to turn my head to look out the window so she wouldn't see me laughing!

I once worked for a Managing Director who seemed to have been given his position based solely on his ability to use this nonsensical language...

"Let's run it up the flagpole & see who salutes it.."

"I'm going to drop the ball now, let's see who picks it up & runs with it.."

"This company isn't a slut but we're jumping into bed with X on this one.."

I worked for The London Borough of Bromley Social Services, 25 years ago, when all of this nonsense started.
They paid for their top brass to go to the US & "study" North American management styles.
The result was a list of about 20 "approved" words that we were told we had to use, they were in columns with their "meaning" written opposite.
I forget most of them but the one that sticks in my mind was...

"Crucial" = Very Important...

Very cynical. But yes, you are probably spot on with this.
