Hey, come to vancouver and you can see people shooting up on the street corners and shitting in the back alleys!

If the liberal govt (prov) and federal govt actually fulfilled their mandates and took responsibility for those folks who are unable to care for themselves because they ae mentally challenged, poor, or drug addicts and made sure they received an adequate amount of money to live on each month and a place to stay instead of closing most of the mental institutions in BC the problem would not be as bad as it is. As well as having a safe-injection site to help stop the spread of disease.

Instead the liberal govt has decided as always to emphasis that the almighty buck is more important than the lives of those less fortunate - hence the hefty surplus this year.....
