A Nice Tale!

I'm Sick! I have a sore throat and a dry heaving cough and the hots and colds. It wasn't so bad on Friday when I was at work but my voice was on it's way out.

I had a customer who wanted to exchange a sweater. Whilst I was helping her I started with the coughs, she offered to get me a drink. I politely refused and said I was OK really. I finished off serving her and off she went.

5 Minutes later there was an excuse me Mam? I turned round and the lovely lady had got me a Dole fruit cocktail drink. Bless her heart!:thumbsup:

Aww thats nice - if it was uk they would probably complain that you were spreading germs!! :frown:

Thats what happens here. They tell you to keep away from them and if you cough you are spreading plague.- which is sort of true really

I found wearing a scarf and coughing into that was considered A Good Thing. Shame the scarf is now riddled with germs!

but the drink was a nice touch
