Need help with the lawn!
 
My front lawn has what looks like a tunnel under the surface, it runs from under the pine tree, to the front edge. This wiggley path is a lot darker green than the rest of the lawn, I don't see any mounds of earth, but at the end of the "run" at the front edge there is a grassy mound. What could it be?

I know I am leaving my self open for all kinds of comments, but I am a big girl, I can take it ;) but, if there are any gardeners who can advise I would apprecitae it.

Your post led me to Google moles in Canada -evidently we have the Hairy Toed Mole in New Brunswick....I imagine every one of 'em is looking for my address right now....I have had a hell of a problem here. Could it be a mole? They don't always come up, just sort of scurry along a tunnel and bugger up your lawn.

After much tinternetting, I think it may be a fairy ring, although technically its not quiet a ring.
