most embarrassing car moment........

Re: most embarrassing car moment........
I have also just remembered the MOST embarrassing car experience which was when my sister was driving to the supermarket one morning.
She had my niece, then about 6 years old in the back seat.
As she approached a set of lights which had recently had their priorities changed, she had a senior moment and went through the red light.
Unluckily, there was a police car at the junction opposite and of course they pulled her over.
She wound down the window and the policeman asked her if she knew what she had done wrong and she confessed that she did and said sorry but just then a little voice piped up from the back seat,
"She hasn't even had a drink!"
Luckily, the policeman was so tickled by this that he let her off with a warning.
(BTW, my sister does not drink and drive, but my little niece had got it into her head that was why policemen stopped drivers!)

I was driving with my daughter then aged about 3 and my parents. We were going down a country lane and there was some idiot too close to behind me. A little voice piped up from the back "Mummy, there's a bloody car right up your arse"....
