It was pizza day here today. So I had pizza. Sadly, my normal accompanyment to pizza of beer had to replaced by ginger ale.

I do enjoy work functions in hotels, it's a fine way to sample food that you would never elect to eat together on a normal day. The french fancies took me by surprise. Not Mr. Kipling, sadly. |

For lunch I had Pork chop in a creamy Dijon sauce with steamed asparagus, mushrooms & onions in garlic butter and mashed potato - YUM!
