Non compliant bags  are rejected with an orange sticker and you have to re-sort or have it removed at a cost of $100 - now being enforced. Not surprisingly, illegal dumping has increased. Especially of bags with orange stickers. and what fancy name do they give these mandatory garbage sorting program officers? In my neck of the woods we are spared such bureaucracy, so far, but we are blessed language/signs enforcement officials here is the link -- french only http://www.oqlf.gouv.qc.ca/ however some english http://www2.publicationsduquebec.gou..._11/C11_A.html |

Couple uses taxi as getaway car. He has to "make a withdrawal" and pops into store while taxi waits with accomplice in the car.
He holds up the store ($300 and cigarettes) gets back into car to continue to destination. Other car blocks path, driver tells cabbie what happened. Couple try to make escape. He removes her wheelchair from the taxi, she gets in and they leg it with him pushing her.:rofl: |
