My OH told me months ago that tonight was his Christmas party at work - just been out to get a new outfit, have hair appointment booked for 4 pm. You know the way it is.
30 mins ago he sent me a text - oops, how funny is he, it's tomorrow night.
Too late to cancel hair for today, no way to reschedule for tomorrow

well I did wonder if he'd done as revenge for me embarrasing him last year at the same event
I thought the young sailor who turned up was a male stripper - didn't realise he was the date of one of the secretaries
