Re: June 19th, The End my friends....
I'm here, sorry! Not been around much the past two weeks as we have had company!
Mr Schnooks and I will certainly be there, it's in the calendar, wouldn't miss it! Will be sad to see you go, Novo... Certainly a few drinks will be in order!
I'll be there at my usually early ish time.

Re: kids in pubs, on a restaurant license they're allowed in from 5 up, on a pub license I think it's over 19s only. However I understand that pretty much everywhere has a restaurant license even including my local which is a pub if there ever was one. Apparently pure pub licenses are almost extinct these days.
With the 'Yard you should be absolutely fine, guess you could always call ahead?

I'll aim to drop by nearer nine than five.

My children have been in and out of the Yard since they were born. There was a short phase when children were banned from restaurants in Toronto (which caused me to wish Jack Layton dead, ha!, job done) but the phase has passed. At five that would not a problem, at nine it would.
I'll aim to drop by nearer nine than five.

I remember pub gardens when I was little or inside... Bag of crisps, colouring books. Sorted!

OK, OK I'll try to make it too. Hopefully this time there'll be no larking about on railways resulting in Lakeshore East trains being cancelled. Will be a special occasion

Sadly we won't be able to get there. I'm working on Saturday so will have to be awake at the crack of doom.

Sadly , I will not be able to be there. Had I still lived in Ontario I would certainly have made the effort to attend this occasion. My very best wishes .
