Weather network currently.
Vancouver 22c and feels like 27c.
Kamloops 36 and feels like 36.
So Vancouver feels warmer then it actually is but obviously still quite cooler vs Kamloops.

Not a great picture - taken with my phone form out hotel room window- of a plane bombing a fire last Sunday.
Edit: I can't make pictures from my phone come out the right way up.

It comes up fine, just click on the squashed looking image again and the proper one appears. Where was that? The fires are multiplying rapidly .

Well so much for that lovely blue sky we had earlier on in the week. Now it's a thick blanket of smoke and a health advisory.
Stay safe out there.

We have got yet another storm warning/tornado watch on for today with golf sized hail. What does it mean for us? Cars have been shuffled around so older insured ones are outside (if they get hit we claim on the insurance). Completely lovely ones are tucked up inside. The older older projects that are not insured are left to Mother natures fury, with the hope that the metal is thick enough to withstand the Hail, they are in sheltered positions. We are slowly diminishing in numbers, something I am happy about, not happy that we have been forced into it as it has caused untold stress grr.
Stay safe in the inclement weather folks and wear sunscreen.

It's really good fun driving a supercharged, manual, rear wheel drive mustang, on slicks in a thunder and hail storm

The outdoor temp around Vancouver has been nice this summer for the most part, not hot, not cold, just right.
Unfortunately inside our micro apartment, it stays toasty, so have to use a/c most day's, 27-28 inside is just too warm.
