I do have one will look it out in a mo, just got back from the party and little man is filthy so shower and tub for us ;)

Will work out how many cals can you work out the points from that ?

he was still of sick, if he tells them he's going to work for the competition he will get gardening leave, instead of having to work his notice...just cant let on the competitions in Canada:eek:
