If no such offence has been clearly defined then it is clearly in the subjective judgement of an officer whether or not an offence is being commited.
As per my reply in post #9 define dangerous?

A dictionary would define it as
dan·ger·ous
ˈdānj(ə)rəs/
adjective
able or likely to cause harm or injury.
"a dangerous animal"
synonyms: menacing, threatening, treacherous; More
antonyms: harmless
likely to cause problems or to have adverse consequences.
"our most dangerous opponents in the playoffs"
synonyms: hazardous, perilous, risky, high-risk, unsafe, unpredictable, precarious, insecure, touch-and-go, chancy, treacherous;

What you or I or others find dangerous is subject to interpretation much like a coppers.
Now in this day and age had the copper gave him a severe bollocking and no ticket chances are he might have been dealing with a snowflake who would have felt traumatized by the officers actions and laid a complaint against him and having to attend counselling sessions and be prescribed a plethora of drugs to overcome the traumatic event.

I saw that happen just the other day to somebody during rush hour!!

It has certainly been colder here of late in the Okanagan. I should have remembered to shut the door after getting to work

I wouldn't bother, I would just make it more aesthetically pleasing

Me too. The ice plate lodged between the front seats of my car. If it had gone either way someone would have been killed by the impact.

I don't have a wall. I'm 5'11" but I just can't reach the middle of my roof. Then there are the rails making it complicated as I have to "fiddle" around. Of course all that in minus shitty temperatures

There are snowbrooms available for just that purpose. I have one and a mini-van. Works just fine. If your vehicle roof is higher then get a step.

I'm a short arse and can't see the top of my car. I hold the long handled brush thing above my head using both arms and push the snow to the other side. Then I can scrape it off or push to the end. It takes forever and is very annoying when the snow falls up your sleeves or on your head

The woman across the way is cunning. She uses a leaf blower

We (car driver in front and I) were lucky there were no other vehicles around - Shock of impact plus sudden lack of visibility caused me to brake like a lunatic & swerve/steer almost into the ditch.
We currently have a nice long crack in our windshield from a car in front that didn't clear snow, ice came flying. Luckily it was not a huge piece of ice, but still cracked the windshield and that was in addition to another crack caused by rocks flying up due to a semi truck passing. Hasn't been a good winter for the wind shield.

Once tax refund arrives, we will have to get it fixed.

But But But its only snow and as the law doesn't specifically mention snow then its OK to drive around with it on your roof.

Forget about common sense if its not written in the law then its OK.

Is there a law stating you cannot jump off a 100 foot high cliff or sticking your tongue in an electrical socket? If not why not?

I think the laws state that you must me able to see out of the windows. You can't if there is snow sliding down them.
