Oh yes. You would not believe what my stir frys can do my bint's nether regions. It takes some doing to blast a double duvet clean off the bed.

.... people that chew gum, while talking to you. My kids are not aloud to have gum (yes I can sometimes be a bad Mommy :D )

Is that more like a phobia??

A nurse on a ward was telling me about somebody who had a phobia for buttons one day .... a young doctor overheard our conversation and chirped in ... "What? Belly buttons?????!!!!!!"

........maybe you had to be there, but it was hysterical at the time! :D


I heard a guy on tv saying he had a phobia of cotton wool .... completely unexplained. He said his work colleagues found out one time, and thought it'd be funny to put some in his desk drawer ..... he nearly had a heart attack!! :eek:

It might well be. Gives me the screaming whatsits. My family knows to gently warn me if it is to be consumed, so that I can be somewhere else.

Talking of which, I'm meant to be. In Michigan. I still can't believe I had to pay over $1,600 for an Ottawa-Detroit return.
