It sure is - spend the whole day clearing up and then waiting for them.... damn right rude! The estate agent was open today too, so not like they couldn't call and cancel early in the morning! Going to call the estate agent tomorrow and make sure they get a roasting (which they won't of course, but it will make me feel better).

Didn't talk money with anyone at the time as it was so busy. I reckon that we have at least 3 strong contenders who have said that they will be in touch with the estate agent next week.
I have a real positive feel about it so fingers crossed.

Good for you! Maybe if people see others looking at the same time and being interested it will incite a feeling of compettition and urgency......
