Hmmm. Safely back in my own kitchen I had a marmite & hummus sarnie for breakfast this morning, but really had to cut back on the marmite dosage 
Normally I can take a good belt of marmite, but here there was some conflict, so I had to change the butter/marmite ratio radically.
When I got it right... yummy! Thanks for the hint bats
