While I didn't use this service, and have not heard of it before, not all are teck saavy and up to date on this kind of stuff, so while some may have known, others may have not and this would be helpful for those folks.

He admits they screwed up and outlined what they're doing to fix it. I'd still be very wary.

Basically, it's a free service, you're going to be sharing your connection. If you don't want to share then you pay. The end.
