Heys xScale

Anybody bought one of these? Anybody else had problems? It takes two 2032 lithium batteries and I do not know how to insert them correctly. Tried every which way and scale still doesn't work. Any clues anybody?

Is this the one that's marketed to look like it's a pregnancy test kit?

For what of a better description it looks like a six inch torpedo of about an inch diameter.. Amidships there hangs a chain and a large hook. You hold it in your hand and hook on your suitcase. Weight comes up on little screen in either pounds or kilos - that is when it works! Mine doesn't, hence my question.

Now why didn't you say that earlier? Be a little more descriptive and you will get more constructive responses.
