Thanks Ki, yes that's it. But it's a strange layout and might be a tough sell. Time will tell, though it's not officially on the market yet.

There's another (much larger) house down the road just went back on the market, so I went and had a nosey on the MLS (as you do ) - I couldn't believe me eyes! It's priced at $1,275,000 It sold only a few months ago for $545,000

I think they're being a bit optimistic!
