Help! 70's (or even 60's?) TV show name
 

I was hoping that someone will be able to help me with the name of an old TV series that I recall from my childhood - I was chatting about it with some friends and its bugging the crap out of me and I need to stop thinking about it and just move on with my life.

Far as I recall, it had three main "stars" one of which I am pretty sure was Nyree Dawn Porter, but not even sure if that is a real name now (had one or two drinks by this point of the conversation, so may have made that up - I always sound more "informed" after a few). Anyway, I recall these characters having been in a plane crash in the jungle and they were rescued and patched up with silver(?) stitches that gave them special powers.

I hope that's enough to ring a bell for some people, because although I have much bigger things to worry about........it driving me nuts!!!!
