Been a shitty week all things considered, but our kids somehow managed to make us forget about all that, bless them.

It was a "cinamon pear cake" FWIW...rather nice, if odd. Offspring #1 chose it from the very short list of dairy free cake recipies available, as my wife is dairy intollerant when preganant...at least that phase will pass that much sooner...

ok...i'll pass on the cake if you don't mind....my kids used to put candles on my birthday cake and take turns to blow them out...cake covered in spit is not appetizing at all.....so when is the baby due???
