I contacted them based on the recommendations here. Thoroughly disappointed. Just spoke to the manager Tom and he was downright rude and dismissive.

Any alternatives please?

Absoltuely do not use this company! We were warned previously and should have listened! I would have rather used a bank to transfer my money and that's saying something! Spoke to Caroline and she said she was the manager. Absolutely rude, dismissal, cold - made huge errors with no accountability or apologies, I'm still without my money and being charged for their error. AVOID HALO!!!

We used xe.com, did it all online. I contacted Halo originally but wasn't very impressed with their communication so gave them a miss.. I'm glad I did now!

For business we have been using these guys for years and not had any problems at all.

Custom House is now part of Western Union

We just used HIFX - they were v helpful .
