I got $27 Monoprice ones from the computer store and a good braided cord on half-price for $3, and they sound pretty good. I find them a little snug to wear for hours, but it's not too bad and they may loosen up a bit. I also lucked into, (at least for the time being), a pair of Audio-Technica professional ones and they of course sound at least as good or better, seem a bit more solid, and are a bit more comfortable. For the extra $200 they should. I'm not an audiophile but looked up reviews and as always they're a big help. Whether you're looking for corded or bluetooth I'm sure you'll find what you want with some research, good luck.
ps: my friend likes Sennheisers
