do you have a Smartphone/Superphone?

if so, grab an app called "Shazam"

Or for those of us without even a basic cellphone, just listen and jot down (or remember) a line in the song (perhaps with a couple of other words too) and google them. It usually works.

Obviously it won't work if there are no words :o

Shazam isn't perfect but I have had success, even without lyrics being heard at the time.

Way too hard.

Scooter had a bit more of a housey overlay if I recollect.

Good video. Yes that's the Scooter guy. But what was their really big commercial hit...can't remember which year...but it was really popular..?

Yes, that was it! Was it that long ago...! I guess a Supertramp cover doesn't do much for my techno street cred (especially as I'm also a Supertramp fan) but the Scooter remix was great. And I like the Fast & Furious video too. Good choice, Haggis.

I'm coding this afternoon so I'm needing something a bit more hypnotic to listen to (I'll try and listen to Scooter again later, though).

I had this playing just now and the reason I'm posting it is that they can play it just as well live as they can in the recording studio. And a great drumbeat to try to tap along with.

I'd never really got in to Radiohead.... but that track was wonderful!

If you're looking for something hypnotic, and don't mind jazz, you may like this lot (the studio recording is better, but the live version is good too).

Mmmmm, nice!

Not a huge Jazz fan but this one has always resonated with my frequencies
