I despair, I really do.
Where are those descendants of Baden-Powell who could rub two sticks together to make fire and grind grass seeds between two stones to make stuff that would fail the flour test?
There's no better bread than the brick textured clumps of teeth breaking baked dough that our forebears survived on all those years ago.
So..
If you can't be bothered to grind your own flour and grow your own yeast and then eat your self made bread without having to soften it by soaking it for a week in in the local fast flowing river, then you simply don't know what good bread is.

Recently discovered this Front Street Canadian Heritage Bread - very dense, but tasty!
Don't know the other two but Giant Tiger, of all places, are now selling the Rubschlager one.
