Been watching 'The Living and the Dead' on iPlayer

Dark, pastoral, Victorian supernatural sort of stuff.

I like it, especially the music.

Searching around now for something to get into.
If you liked Wallander you should find and watch the Swedish version, as long as you don't object to sub-titles. I think it so much better than the Branagh version.

Just binge watched Frankie and Grace on Netflix. Now well into Unbreakable Kimmy Schmitt, weird but funny

This looks promising but I can't work out if it's a TV show or movie and the article is full of spoilers.

Can't find it on IMDB either. The writer is there but not this.

It is on IMDB after all. I looked under the writer and this was listed for 2012 and it didn't sound right.

The Mrs is currently binge watching "The Walking Dead" so I'm watching every nth episode. Lots of zombies, headshots, walking and grim, sweaty post-apocalyptic southern dystopia. Not quite sure why it's so darn popular although the regular killing of key cast members keeps a degree of interest into who gets it next. I think it finally jumps the shark when Rick gets offed I 'spose.

Stranger things
A well written Netflix series- Sci-fi, set in the 80s. A bit tricky to liken it to another series. View to another parallel "Dark shadow world". Kids trapped there.Reviewed favourably by the critics and I think worth a try

That's been on in 'the other room'.

Among shows watched in the other room are Charmed, Bones, Teen Wolf, anything remotely connected to vampires and werewolves, Lost Girl.....

I loved Fringe but then I went right off it for the last season.

I loved Stranger Things, great fun, I devoted last weekend to it, I have lost my husband and kid, temporarily, and am at a bit of a loss, but it had me well and truly hooked...I only looked it up at the end of a most enjoying watch to find out, smugly, that others had agreed with me
