Im half way through watching The Stranger. on Netflix...so far so good.....but it is British, its rare you get sub standard TV compared to a lot of American TV.
I was just about to suggest The Stranger. Finished it off last night and it's very good.

We're watching the Valhalla Murders which is good...dark, moody, icelandic and with reasonable dubbing into english.

Might have to check that out. Not sure I could do the dubbing. Tried it with Dark and within 20 seconds of dialog I had it switched back to the german language and english subtitles turned on, much much better.

I’m a Valhalla Murders woman...I have discovered that anything that Bristol recommends I will be happy with...

Last night however I came home very unhappy and stressed...we watched “Yesterday” on Netflix...bloody brilliant and just what was needed ...try...and enjoy...

Started on "The Valhalla Murders" last night. Thank you to all who recommended it. Thoroughly enjoying it. reminds me a bit of the underlying plot for Hinterland, which isn't a bad thing.

Watching the soaps is being rationed, BBC have stopped all EE filming and cutting the episodes broadcast to just two a week, filming stopped on Holby, Doctors, Casualty and Line od Duty, New series of Peaky Blinders not starting to film until it's all sorted. Plenty of repeats to come then, I assume Corrie will also stop filming, they have banned studio audineces from Ant & Dec SNT, and BBC QT, so the tories will have less chance of planting their supporters in the audience to ask prepared questions.

Understandable. I have very good taste.
It works both ways mind you. I would never have watched Sex Education if you hadn't given it a good write up.

I recommended that too.
If you haven't seen it, you must see
it's a good pairing for Yesterday.

Also Starter for 10.

The Devil's Bridge one...yes!!! And something else which, if I mention, puts us in spoiler territory

Is that the 'Beatles' movie about a guy who has success singing Beatles songs that nobody is aware of?

I didn't think that was on Netflix or are using another countries version of Netflix?

Thanks..so many online/streaming services these days. I predict the imminent demise of the bundled cable services that give you hundreds of channels of which many you ever watch. With DAZN basically a non-entity in the last week or so, I probably have watched Netflix or YouTube 90 % of my viewing time.

Finished The Valhalla Murders the other night. Terrific show.
Started on some of BoJack season 6, got a bit depressing (more than normal), so we decided to give Peaky Blinders a go. So far, so good.
