Thanks I was looking at Britbox as well although that would be another $9 a month. Cant really justify both Prime and Britbox
I'll check out the trial but I feel Prime would be better as my other law would get more out of it

Since Movies are now coming out on TV, Tom Hanks's latest movie "Greyhound" is now on Applet TV+. Can recommend if WW2 movies are your thing (& they are mine). Action packed and fairly true to the source material (The Good Shepherd by CS Forrester).
Worth $5.99 to subscribe to apple tv for a month & then cancel!

Dead-end season 1 and 2 finished. Enjoyed it, lots of twists and turns. Back to Midsomer Murders, and MI-5 / Spooks.

watched "Years and Years" over the weekend. A bit of a slow burn, but entertaining nonetheless.

Watched episode 1 of The twelve on Netflix...a slow burn crime noir show from Belgium. Probably right up Bristol's alley. English dubbing that isn't jarring available.

I know I've looked at the details before without adding it to my list. Perhaps I should add it but most of what I'm watching lately is on https://wlext.is/series-az-index

I see there's a third season of Norsemen on Netflix.

Background for people not in Canada (either physically or via VPN) here

Looks interesting, if it's well done. I can live with "tacky" Welsh accents...

Sons of Anarchy...I don’t normally like biker movies/series but this one has me hooked. The VP of the gang is a young English Brad Pitt lookalikey. 7 seasons...92 eps...I am just into season 2.

You, sir, are an absolute

I've been in need of a good laugh, the first two series certainly provided.

Millie likes it too.

I opened Netflix and there it was, replacing S2 of Deadwind as the promoted feature.

So only 12 to 4 years behind the times then Yes it is a good series so no spoilers from me.
