Can't wait. The 4th high ranking bent copper is still out there.

On a different note, my Daughter and I watched 3 episodes of 'Love is Blind' on Netflix. Absolute cringeworthy reality TV, but also quite addicting. I was screaming so loud at the TV my outdoor security camera alerted me.

Watched episode one tonight. Well up to standard so far.
And so it continues. Season one of 10 episodes completed and I'm now half way through season two.

I'm not sure it was ever on Netflix or that it even made the UK which is a surprise considering the links to The Bridge. I came across it thanks to the usual streaming sites. https://www1.watchseries.movie/serie...eason-1/season

Some shows like this are available on the Australian SBS site. They actually did the subtitles for Springfloden.

A VPN to put you "in Australia" will be needed.

If it's series 6 then air date is apparently late 2020, early 2021.

I tried watching Babylon Berlin but the violence was too much and also the dubbing made the characters talk like they were in a video game.

On Netflix

Just watched first episode of The Valhalla Murders. A good start.

So far so good, I'm now up to episode 7 of season 1.

A warning for any arachnophobes, beware episode 5 after 15 minutes or so in; avert your eyes when the music changes.

Definitely one to stick with. Ep 3 done. It's holding its own with all the others of the genre.

It's on my to be watched list. Is it in english and if so, is the dubbing reasonable?

I watch with the subtitles but I believe dubbed English is available.

I can't cope with dubbing, even if it's done well

Actually pretty good. 1st Scandi drama I’ve seen so it’s a genre that might go well with the general mood of self isolation.

Haven't started the 5th series of Line of duty yet, but I love that show, it is absolutely superb, one of the best TV shows ever in my opinion.

Im half way through watching The Stranger. on Netflix...so far so good.....but it is British, its rare you get sub standard TV compared to a lot of American TV.

I think there's a huge improvement in what America produces these days but it's generally not done by 'mainstream' channels like NBC, ABC and CBC. They still seem to be hamstrung in the way that BBC was pre-the nine-o-clock watershed.

When you look at the American stuff lapped up in the UK and other places these days, it's all produced by cable/indie companies like HBO, AMC, Hulu etc

That today's movie stars "do" TV in a way they never did is illuminating.
