Well that's 4 minutes of my life I will never get back!

Strange though. He's probably alienated about 90% of the beardy sandal wearing vegetarian yoga feminists that are the Gruaniad readership.

I thought it was a good video, and proved the point. Too many beardies in Stoke Newington though.

I thought it was hilarious. Only yesterday I was thinking to myself " I feel sluggish; need to detox. Of course when I say that it means I will stop stuffing myself senseless as if it is still christmas and start eating bananas again; nothing as drastic as buying a product.

On the other hand I have been away from the UK so long now that I tend to find almost everything I see from the UK as hilarious or really quaint. I have been starved of humour for too long but obviously not starved of carbs!

didn't look that nasty & likely would be better than perhaps, a glass of castor oil or a pint beer with a pound of suicide chicken wings.

A good curry will do the same as the OP, guaranteed
