Well, it is good news on the face of it, but the judge made a **** up of the ruling which means he has a way back in even during this term. He'll certainly be able to run in two years time.
I wish he would just eat himself and disappear.

In what way did the Justice "*** up" the decision? Having read it, it would appear that he found against Ford on every issue. The factors that were found to mitigate against banning Ford from running from office in the future also appear to make sense.
