Expats still on UK time on pc

Expats still on UK time on pc
Hi
So my laptop is set to Canadian time but this site remains on British time which is a bit irritating - so for example it says I last visited 6 hours in front than when I did and all the reply timings are out.
Can this be reset? I have absolutely no idea how?

Funny, I just noticed yesterday my BE clock is still on Canadian time after being back in the UK for over a year. Thanks for the info
