Ex-Employer website etiquette query
So, whats the deal here folks. You are no longer employed by a company but they are still showing that you are on their website - do you ask them to remove it or can they do what they like?

Oh yeah I would guess its half laziness and half keeping up a front of actually having some staff ;0).

Ask them to pay you...use of image rights or something.

It's possible (been there, done that 
) that they simply overlooked updating that page. I'd send them a polite-but-stern request to remove that particular content, and if no action within a week or so, a more forceful take-down demand.
