It would appear so...mind you, we are having Beef this year but I am demanding Bread Sauce with it, even though it doesn't go....just because it is Christmas!

I'm no great fan, normally, but with all the trimmings, stuffing, parsnips etc it's my fave meal of the year.

I'm sure there are Christmas geese available in the Halifax area, probably in a gourmet food shop. If not aren't there any Canada Geese swimming in the lake?
