Could do with a bit of green. It was always my favourite time of the year back in the UK. Although I have to admit there has been some green coming through over the last couple of days :) . |
Re: England in the spring
A visit back home is not complete without one to a burial ground and a pub  Where were you exactly mate? It does look good and the food just brings back memories of what you miss from pub grub
I see you are still holding the cutleries right, unlike most Canadians  I'll be going back soon too for the princess Diana concert and to see friends and family |

Very definitely not a Cornish pasty as I remember them, looks more like a Steak and Kidney pie. ;):)

It was called a Steak and Ale pie. Not that the gravy was ale...just the name of the dinner and it was superb I might add. Pub grub at it's best for £6 Goose |

Zalaben I am truly sorry, it certainly was not my intent to make things worse. :( If it makes you feel any better I am in the same boat now. I should have left well enough alone. :o;) |

And what's wrong with snow, bare trees, grey-brown gardens and 6 months of post-melt litter, dog-bombs and grit? |
