Hello fellow Lancashire lass ;)
Was it this time last year that one happened as well. Hubby and me didn't feel a thing but I remember people taking about it. |

Re: Earthquake hits Lancashire
The Ottawa area has an earthquake roughly every five days, apparently. Small ones, obviously, although I have noticed a couple of them. Ottawa had a tornado last Saturday.

Re: Earthquake hits Lancashire
Not wishing to feel left out in the earthquake stakes, we decided to have one in Newfoundland last night. Of course at the time (about 11:30pm last night) I thought it was a truck or a plane going by, but turns out it was a genuine, proper earthquake. Who knew?!
