Pop into your nearest Services Canada (something like that) office and tell them you want to exchange your licence. Costs about $30 and takes 5 minutes.

Service Canada do SINs. You need to go to a Driver's Services Centre to swap your driver's license.

It depends on where you live. There are no service BC offices in the Lower Mainland. Except, for a reason I cannot fathom, in Maple Ridge. For the rest of us in Vancouver and the suburbs we have to go to ICBC's driver services offices.

Until today I didn't realize you can get a driving license at a service BC office - or that there was a service BC office in Maple Ridge.
