Proxy's change all the time, so what may be working a.m. might not be p.m.. You have to keep checking, I find the ones for codeen are ok for surfing but no good to get into BBC, ITV so on. Have a look at http://www.samair.ru/proxy/proxy-01.htm they are updated throughout the day.
