I agree. Chicken kebabs (not "kebobs") with lots of salad and sauce, at 2:00 AM! I miss that experience.
One little street in Aberdeen used to have three kebab shops pretty much right next to one another! They all seemed to do a pretty decent trade, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

The Doner Kebabs I liked best weren't chicken.... they were "meat"!! Never knew what the "meat" was (suspect it was mutton), but it tasted gorgeous!
