One little street in Aberdeen used to have three kebab shops pretty much right next to one another! They all seemed to do a pretty decent trade, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
I think I know that street... just off Union Street, lots of pubs.

The Doner Kebabs I liked best weren't chicken.... they were "meat"!! Never knew what the "meat" was (suspect it was mutton), but it tasted gorgeous!

yup with red cabbage and the pita bread that would disintegrate in your hand Those were the days!
