I enjoyed Amir's little cameo at the end there.;)

Yes, the OBO was harping on about that too.

Just had an underling come in and say ""you're not watching that cricket game again are you, its looks so boring." Little does the cheeky bastard realize that he will now be volunteering to ferry the "cheeses" back and forth to the airport for the next month.

Still, we only need 248 to win.

bit of a wobbly start to England's reply today. Roy, Hales and Root all not really getting properly started - 30 for Root is hardly even playing himself in these days.

In the end it was a bit of stroll, especially after Irfan couldn't bowl his second spell.

Last international for awhile and although I'm not the biggest T20 style it beats writing and reading memos. So a large mug of tea some biscuits and a morning of cricket in Manchester awaits.

Not a fan of those plastic trumpets. :frown:

Nip and tuck in the county championship, Durham have thrown the anchor out and Notts are playing a blinder. Yorkshire for a 3rd consecutive championship?

I think a lot depends on how Notts play in their 2nd inns. A reasonable target, with Ball in fine form with the ...er... ball could make things interesting.

Headers seems to playing a bit like a road, plus Dur opted for a safety first extra batsman, so it's going to be hard for us to shift them.

I'd feel happier if we had Rashid & Plunkett playing
