I know it's bad form to quote oneself, but I have news to impart. Poff is hanging in there, he started to flap his fins. Going to give him a little while and see if he wants a brine shrimp to eat (he really does eat those, but they are already dead, however if he survives he will be getting a snail this weekend)

He's a super fish (I was surprised at how sad I was when I thought he was dead).
Yeah me too, it's horrible putting a live thing in the tank to be eaten, snail or mussel. I couldn't do a snake with live mice (wheres a shudder smilie when you need one?).

Film it, stick on YouTube, claim your 15 seconds of fame, sink in depression as you realise this as far as your time on Planet Earth will spread, decide to raise a family, sink into a depression as ... etc, etc, repeat to fade.
