Corporate Bullying
Hate to see small guys pushed around by companies flexing their corporate muscles. Lawsuits for recounting an experience of a business they did not like, alleged trademark infringements. From what I recall VANOC took on Olympia Pizza in Vancouver VANOC seeks law to combat trademark misuse Surely they had other ways to waste money!
There was another thread on here about a moving company that it seems did not like the review they got and a warning to other potential customers. Surely a brief edit would have sufficed. Opinions given from ones own experience are given every day on the Internet, some good some not so good.
Blackpool's Broadway Hotel charged a couple £100 for a bad review on Tripadvisor. They did get it back and the hotel got a lot more publicity over it than if they had done nothing. TripAdvisor couple fined £100 by hotel for bad review | UK news | The Guardian
Anyone have other examples to share?

Re: Corporate Bullying
Don't companies have to fight their trademark or risk losing it?
Small companies can be just as guilty as large companies when it comes to things although on a smaller scale. I prefer large companies since they have pockets to go after if something happens, small companies just vanish in the night.

Not sure if its direct bullying, but employers will certainly take advantage of employees and hint that you may not get hours if you refuse to work extra days.
I think forcing people to work inside at 80F is pretty mean too. Oh now its 79.8F.
The A/C is broken and they refuse to fix it,
