I'm very sad to have to report that despite all your many best wishes, nature had other plans for us, and we wont be blessed with a third child after all.
Cest la vie. We remain thankfull that the two we are lucky enough to have are such great healthy kids.
And yes, before some smartarse says it, this is a rather extreme way to go about getting sympathy karma...

I;ve been there and it is horrible and I still don't know what to say. Best wishes to you both.
