I finally got some points.
I'll have Romeo Dallaire next. I predict a car crash. Do I extra points if I'm right?

Sad,...but a long time coming TBH. I hope they bury him soon, so his family don't keep him propped up in a chair and try and make more money out of him. RIP.
And back to the game, at least it's good to finish the year with a few runs, even if it's only 5....better than out for a duck!

Because, yes, Nelson Mandela and some actor mildly famous for car chase movies are the same kids. It's just celebrity isn't it?

I don't know. Every time I turn on the news the South Africans seem happy is dead. They're always dancing around in the street.

Most depressing thing I came across on twitter was this:

Just because you don't hear about good deeds doesn't mean that they don't happen.

It's all relative and I have no idea if the tweeter was completely aware of any part of either of their lives. A death is a death. No one is greater or lesser than another and are not comparable.

Point taken. But Mr walker only lived half the life of Mr Mandela and truth be told didn't have to atone for quite as many sins.

I suppose they're just as dead and Mr. Walker's family grieves as does Mr. Mandela's but one's life mattered to the public at large, the other's did not.

Deaths may not be comparable but lives are. Paul Walker is famous for being dead, if someone had picked him for the pool while he was alive we would all have said "who?". Nelson Mandela, being a statesman and all, was famous while he was alive. From the perspective of the pool there's no comparison, one is a major figure, certain to be reported on the BBC, the other needed an ironic manner of death for his name to make it even to the Hollywood Reporter.
I suppose they're just as dead and Mr. Walker's family grieves as does Mr. Mandela's but one's life mattered to the public at large, the other's did not.

i'll be honest, i knew more about Paul Walker than I did about Nelson Mandela
